Wow.
I had great experiences with my Blackberry 8830, and my wife still loves hers even though she's now partially in the Apple camp with an iPad, so I am surprised by the level of fail exhibited by RIM here.
It makes you wonder what's going on inside RIM and what happened to the people that put together world class phones like the 8830.
